Married Love Ephesians 5

"Husbands, love your wives,..." Ephesians 5:25

"Wives, submit to your own husbands..." Ephesians 5:22

If husbands are to love their wives, doesn't it logically follow that wives should love their husbands? In Ephesians, husbands are called to love, but wives are called to submit and respect. It only tells wives to love their husbands one time in the Bible. That is found in Titus 2:4.

Women always think that they are equal to men. This is the feminist lie. Even in love men and women are different. Could it be that women love by nature, while men need to be reminded to do something that does not come naturally? Likewise women need to be reminded to do something that does not come naturally to them.

There is a call to love in the new testament that applies to our love for one another. This is not married love, it is different.

We get into serious trouble when we make the Bible say what we want it to say instead of letting God say what He means.

Let God be true, and let every man (or feminist) be a liar. Romans 3:4

"Your desire will be for your husband, and he shall rule over you." Genesis 3:16

Ask the Lord to help you understand your role in life and ask for help to fulfill your calling in life and in marriage.
