Bethlehem Star

The star that led the Magi to the infant Jesus. Was is a natural star that moved, or was it a supernatural star? There are some who make the connection between stars and angels. They use Revelation 1:20 to make that point. It makes sense to me.

If we believe science, stars are massive and distant, they are not points of light as we see them. To move a star around in the night sky would be possible to God, but it would defy the laws that keep the universe in balance.

I think that the way the star appeared, and moved, then vanished, and reappeared, tell us that this was a supernatural manifestation. I believe that the star of Bethlehem was indeed an angelic being sent to lead these men to Christ.

Not everything that happens in the natural world can be explained by scientific laws or rules of physics. This star is something that I think needs to be understood as a spiritual thing that was there to help announce, locate, and confirm the birth of Christ by the virgin. God doesn't need technology to accomplish His purpose on earth. The Holy Spirit makes the internet seem like a plaything for children.
