Evangelism is in the Great Commission.
"Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believes and is baptized shall be saved;" Mark 16:15-16
Discipleship is also in the Great Commission.
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:" Mat. 28:19-20
Some translations say make disciples of all the nations.
Church planting is not mentioned in the Great Commission though. It's not really mentioned in the new testament. We get church planting from church history I suppose. But planting churches like we do, while it works, is not mentioned directly in the Bible. Not everything that we do is chapter and verse from the Bible.
Notice that water baptism is mentioned in both Great Commission texts. Water baptism is important.
