Most of you do not know the difference between blue collar and white collar jobs. Most of you do not remember when most jobs in America did not require a college degree to perform. Times have changed.
In our Fellowship you can be a successful pastor with no college degree. You can affect the lives and destinies of real people with little or no university training. You can do everything that pastoring a church requires with nothing but a heart full of God and the Bible. God does what we cannot do to help people through the trials and tribulations of life.
The day you have to have a college degree to pioneer a church in our Fellowship will be the beginning of the end for us.
One more thought. We have been encouraging our children to go to college. We have bought into the college is the answer doctrine. We trust more in the wisdom of this world than in the wisdom of God. Since we have done this, are we planting more churches than we used to?
